(NASDAQ: KBAY), a global IT services firm focused on the financial services industry, yesterday approved the acquisition of Kanbay by Capgemini, (Euronext: FR0000125338), one of the world’s leaders in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, at a price of US$29.00 per share in cash, valuing Kanbay at approximately $1.25 billion.
