Tasks:
- measurement of business needs - preparation of functional specification - participation in technical testing - documentation preparation - support of go-live - contact with the vendor and PMs - contact with the printshop, coordination of printshop development
Management Requirements:
- telecommunication knowledge - knowledge of telco billing system (FusionR is an advantage) - knowledge of different software development methodologies
- analytical skills - great communication and interpersonal skills
